Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Conduct analysis of customer reporting weekly in both reactive & proactive reports.
Prepare and send monthly IT reports to clients. - Identify areas of improvement and touch base with clients about IT report data if needed.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders. - Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly.
- Develop new business with existing clients and research solutions.
- Prepare quotes as needed and purchase items relating to approved quotes.
- Support account CIO, facilitate the scheduling and changes of CIO meetings.
- Maintain documentation in client CRM relating to client interaction.
- Ensure accuracy of client contracts, details, and invoice details in collaboration with the billing team.
- Review and negotiate client contracts with client CIO as needed.
- Engage in touch base calls, quarterly visits, CX mailings, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
- Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- MSP/IT account management experience preferred.
- Experience in Autotask/Datto PSA, ConnectWise
- Sell/Quosal experience preferred.
- Any relevant technical IT experience is a plus.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Annual Salary of $55,000 – $75,000 plus Bonus.
